Glass Direct
Roving
Introduction:
E-glass direct roving is made directly from a 2000 tips or a 4000
tips bushing.Direct roving are primarily used in filament
winding.Pultrusion (such as pultruded rod, pipe, tanks, etc)and other
fiberglass products(such as woven roving, chemical resistant
grating,etc).
Technical Requirements:
R2O Content:<0.8%
Compatible resin:Polyester Vinylester&Epoxy resins
Moisture:≤0.1%
Loss on ignition:0.55%±0.2%
Filament diameter:13μm-24μm
Product Characteristics:
Direct roving is made in one manufacturing step with a special
reinforcement sizing.2000 strands or 4000 strands of filaments are
bonded efficiently into a single strand. The tension of each glass
fiber in the strand is uniform. There is low fuzz, quick wet and
excellent mechanical properties.
